We offer networking opportunities, professional development seminars, tutoring workshops, a Mentor/Mentee program, community health events, and social gatherings throughout your study at Clayton.
Frequently Asked Questions
why should i join sna?
The Student Nurses Association provides a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in the nursing field, before you even become an RN!
- Our networking seminars give you the chance to sit down with representatives from local healthcare institutions, your own professors, and other experts in the nursing field to learn about your future profession.
- We host community health events that allow our members to see firsthand their impact on our local populations, all while practicing their clinical and assessment skills.
- Our tutoring workshops, Mentor/Mentee program, and social events encourage fellowship and communication between all of our members, whether you're just starting your first semester or preparing to graduate.
How do I join?
Joining is easy! If you stop by our table at Orientation, we'll have forms printed out for you. All you need to do is bring exact cash for your membership fees.
If you'd like to sign up at any other point during the semester, please fill out the membership application (located under the FORMS tab). Submit the form along with payment in a sealed envelope by putting it in the locked dropbox on the main floor of the Continuing Education building, across from the restrooms.
